This award honors the player who has exemplified the warrior spirit of this team at all times, in every situation, and against every opponent. This team member has truly proven that he has the heart of a lion. By leading through example, this player regularly inspired others to play harder, and therefore made this team that much stronger.

Defensive Player of the Year Award

This award honors the player who has proven to be the team’s most valuable defensive asset. By consistently performing at the highest level of play, this team member has been a leader of his teammates though example. He has shown to be concerned with the defensive stability of the team above and beyond all else and at any cost.
