The Cats were home for 3 games this past weekend. On Friday, Vermont fell 3-0 to a speedy University of Maine. Saturday evening, Vermont took on Maine once again, going through overtime to their 1st shootout of the year. The Catamounts then hosted and defeated new NECHA A-West opponent Sacred Heart University 8-2.
Player of the Game for Saturday's game Vs. Maine was Michael Andrusko, who scored 3 goals in the game, and 2 in one shift.
Players of the Game for Sunday's contest were Tyler Demasi & Dan Mascoveta. Demasi had 1 goal & 3 assists, and Mascoveta had 2 assists against Sacred Heart.
